KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Tea serving to the guests
· Food Preparation for the staff
· Event food arrangements
· Record keeping of official mess
· Follow the time schedule of the lunch, tea and dinner of IR staff and prepare food according to the instructions of the mess manager.
· Preparing of food & serving during official events
· Preparing and serving food, Cleaning of kitchen & crockery
· While preparing food, strictly follow the hygiene and sanitation and ensure the cleanliness of kitchen, utensils and dining hall.
· Purchasing of monthly office supplies
· Procure food relate items in advance according to the instructions of the mess manager.
· Keeping record of all the purchases of kitchen items, mess members and guests.
· Demonstration of IR Values while working with teams / communities
· Empowering communities to ensure organizational accountability
· Knowledge of IR strategic priorities
· Identification & documentation of organizational successes
· Adaptation of environment friendly & cost effective approaches / activities for community development
· Special attention to inclusion during the implementation.
· Strengthen mechanism to influence the decision makers through communities’ advocacy & campaigning.
· Participation and facilitation in implementation of IR seasonal programmes & emergency response.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its PSEAH (preventing sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. IR has a zero-tolerance policy towards PSEAH and don’t support any action that promotes or encourages PSEAH.

Qualification & Experience:
· Primary to Middle
· Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in the relevant field.
Skills:
· Strong organisation skills and attention to detail to ensure high quality in one’s work.
· Ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities
· Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills,
· Ability to work with a range of senior managers, peers and build smooth working relationships Courteous

Language:
English, Urdu and local language
