Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and feedback.
Reporting: Generate and present regular recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
