1- Actively manage the increasing NTB run rate by introducing potential customers through On-shelve Liability products and services
2- Efficient management of Sales activities through daily / weekly reports available from system.
3- Daily evaluate movement and reasons of significant outflows under his dedicated portfolio
4- Through need analysis deriving opportunities for cross-selling by exploring within the build portfolio, and also approach NTB relationships.
5- Convert footfall in branches (such as COC transactions customers), Feet on Street activities, market visits etc into NTB customers.
6- Discuss and adhere to plans provided by BM to achieve assigned business targets. deposits growth, NTB accounts, Banca, consumer loans etc
7- Ensure to adhere to all requirement related to audit, compliance and SBP regulations
