Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR managers with the daily HR operations and processes.
  • Develop strategies and implement changes to improve job knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s HR policy.
  • Manage employees' issues and complaints.
  • Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
  • Source candidates from various recruiting agencies and online ads.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and face-to-face interviews.
  • Adhere to all the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Utilize Human Resources Management software like SAP and HRM (experience preferred).

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to the HR team according to their priority.
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
  • Exceptional active listening skills.
  • Good conflict resolution abilities.
