Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective public relations strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure work efficiency.
  • Possess working knowledge and competency with case management software.
  • Demonstrate strong public relations skills and consideration for dealing with clients and witnesses.
  • Have knowledge/experience of legal databases.
  • Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings.
  • Organize and manage documents, including creating spreadsheets.
  • Draft legal documents according to judicial procedures.
  • Conduct research on legal policies and present written analysis to solicitors.
  • Review and produce documents and respond to specific requests.
  • Assist with litigation preparation.
  • Create and maintain records of accidental cases.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and techniques.
  • Excellent public communication and client dealing skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
