Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, focusing on Google Ads, PPC campaigns, Facebook campaigns, and overall paid campaigns on various platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates and drive qualified traffic.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in relation to services-based businesses and international campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign spending to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Stay informed about changes in paid advertising platforms' algorithms, policies, and features, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads, PPC campaigns, Facebook campaigns, and overall paid campaigns on various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of services-based businesses and their unique marketing challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience with international paid campaigns, particularly in the UK and USA markets.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are highly desirable.
