Job Description

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with US-based Fortune companies, businesses, governmental institutes, Tech companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement market-specific strategies to attract top-tier US-based clients for our organizations’ recruitment and staffing services.
  • Assisting me in dealing with US-based organizations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Onboarding new clients for our recruitment and staffing services in all over the USA.
  • Reaching out to the companies who are using MSPs and enrolling our organization in their MSP programs.
  • Working with the top tier companies and their representatives to add our organization to their candidates and hiring requirements. 
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding our presence and attracting top companies, organizations, and governmental institutions from all over the USA.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 -4 years of hands-on experience in the US Recruitment and Staffing industry.
  • Proven experience in business development specifically in the US Market. 
  • Having a good pool of companies and clients for the USA.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of the terms of employment, contracts, labor laws, and knowledge of Fortune companies' way of hiring in the USA/Canada.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Technical Recruitment USA hiring contracts, Work Authorizations, visa statuses, and other trends and regulations.
  • Willingness to work in all three USA time zones (EST, PST, and CST).

Required Qualification

  • BBA (Marketing), MBA, BS, MS
