Job Description

  • Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on the provided requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas in multiple options. Illustrate concepts with focus on layout, style, size, and relevant aesthetic consideration.
  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborating with the product manager, and development team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
  • Basic HTML and CSS to put together mock interfaces for developers to implement.
  • Proficient in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch, and UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams based in different geographical areas.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.
