Job Description

Assist in monitoring the organizations network infrastructure to ensure it is functioning smoothly. Identify and report any issues or anomalies to senior administrators.
Provide basic technical support to end-users by addressing network-related issues, such as connectivity problems and access permissions.
Assist in maintaining and upgrading network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, and software, including operating systems and network management tools.
Help diagnose and resolve network issues, such as connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security breaches.
Collaborate with senior administrators to plan and implement network upgrades, expansions, and optimizations.
Assist in implementing and testing backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data and network availability in case of unexpected events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interest in network administration and a desire to build a career in this field.
Basic understanding of network protocols, topologies, and equipment.
Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and network services.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Strong communication skills to provide user support and collaborate with colleagues.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
