Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance of TAT for fulfilment.
  • Attendance and Punctuality is maintained to achieve the productivity target
  • Ensure all discrepancies in on-boarding are addressed timely
  •  Maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders especially branches and CPU.
  •  Recognize that all customer and company information is confidential and proprietary and is provided to you for the exclusive purpose of servicing customer requests; any other use of this information is prohibited. Confidential and proprietary information may not be copied, reproduced, or disseminated in any way
  • Be a team player and support team in achieving overall targets.
