Responsible for the collection of utility bills of all branches.
Collection of EOBI & Social Security payment challan of all branches.
Maintaining the filling the records.
Scanning the details of payments on a daily basis and maintaining payment records.
Prepared the details of imported product’s payment.
Prepared details of exempted party’s payments on a regular basis.
Dispatch the deposited Tax challan to vendors & other business concern entities.
Dispatch tax Computerized Payment Receipt (CPR) to relevant parties and vendors.
Record keeping of all the records of tax department.
Maintain the monthly utility taxable expenses details of all branches.
Issuance of stationary and other items from the store.
Data entry time to time which is assigned by seniors.
Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the Company.
Other suitable duties are assigned as required or in line with the position's competencies.
