Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Management Expert to join our team. As a Talent Management Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. You will work closely with HR leaders, business managers, and executives to identify talent needs, design effective talent management programs, and ensure the organization's talent pipeline aligns with its strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives to    attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify talent needs and workforce planning priorities.
  • Develop and manage talent assessment and succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
  • Design and deliver talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics and workforce trends to identify areas for improvement and inform talent management strategies.
  • Stay current with best practices and trends in talent management, HR technology, and employee development to continuously improve talent programs and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and HR professionals on talent management best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with external vendors, consultants, and academic institutions to leverage resources and expertise in talent management.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, L&D and performance management, to ensure alignment and integration of talent management initiatives.
