Job Description

Conduct individual and group meetings with students to understand their concerns, academic challenges, and overall experience.
Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and other campus resources to provide comprehensive support to students.
Implement retention initiatives, such as workshops, mentoring programs, and academic support services, to enhance student success.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address systemic issues impacting student retention.
Administer and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to align CRM strategies with broader organizational goals.
Visit and Train campuse team members on CRM system usage
