- Monitor execution of construction projects as per conception/drawings
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Monitor the work progress on daily basis
- Coordinate and obtain JSA and other HSE related documents before commencing the project
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Attend project progress and other interface meetings as required
- To prepare gate passes for movement of construction material and manpower
- Comply with HSE standards, security protocols and other external affairs wherever applicable
- Carry out special assignments as and when assigned
- Work closely with all other departments / functions for smooth site operations
- Any other task or responsibility as and when assigned by the management
- Identify and report quality noncompliance’s and take necessary action to rectify it
- Engage contractor workforce in safe work practice trainings and provide them knowledge about daily site observations and recommendations in TBT
- Issuance of daily progress report of assigned projects
