Manage the existing liability portfolio and client relationships of the branch.
Ensure meeting of assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell and NTB targets assigned by management.
Provide a high level of customer service to branch’s customers and advise them on solutions in meeting their financial needs and requirements.
Remain up to date on emerging market social/economic/business trends to ascertain avenues/opportunities to augment the branch’s portfolio/business volumes.
Implement process improvement in sales and product/service delivery per established policies and prevalent market practices.
Ensure that the business relationships are in thorough compliance with the Bank’s Policies and Regulatory requirements.
