  • Manage the product life cycle starting from Acquisition to engagement and retention.
  • Work on product innovation & improvements to address customer pain points
  • Analyzing and improving existing processes
  • Design wireframes/mockups, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Make strategic design and UX decisions related to core existing and new functions and features
  • Take a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate journeys
  • Work in constant collaboration with stakeholders to devise internal processed to ensure with better UX.
  • Analyze data to identify customer behavior and patterns
