Provide services for operations, maintenance, and modifications of WeBOC system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for IT projects.
Analyze complex business problems and provide recommendations for solutions.
Develop detailed business and technical requirements documentation.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
Participate in project planning and estimation.
Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and changes.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support for system testing.
Assist in the development of training materials and user manuals.
Provide support to end users and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization.
Any other work assigned by Chief Domain Officer.
