Key Responsibilities

Scheduling Master: Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD.
Document Preparation: Prepare communications, reports, and presentations, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring the MD is well-prepared for all engagements.
Travel Management: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for both domestic and international business trips.
