- Responsible to plan, organize the work on the site and supervise / direct workers
- Ensure that materials and equipment are Maintained on time and ensure 90% availability
- Monitor and engage Water Intake Quantity and Quality from Farash Regulator
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the required quality standards by using available infrastructure and equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports and maintain records
- Take the ownership of overall Site Security and Safety in addition to the general administration of the Site
- Engage with Local Communities and resolve the issues as per policy and to engage with Thar Foundation for the monitoring of the CSR projects
