This role plays a crucial part in managing the Executive’s schedule and agenda.
Major responsibilities include:
- Maintain Executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them as and when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages,etc.)
- Make travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring security.
- Maintain electronic and paper records and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- To carry out necessary secretarial and administrative tasks.
