Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads, PPC campaigns, Facebook campaigns, and overall paid campaigns on various platforms.
2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
3. Create and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates and drive qualified traffic.
4. Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in relation to services-based businesses and international campaigns.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
7. Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign spending to achieve desired outcomes.
8. Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
9. Stay informed about changes in paid advertising platforms' algorithms, policies, and features, and adapt strategies accordingly.
