Incumbents is responsible to manage and perform Digital Forensic Investigation of fraud cases committed through digital channels of the bank in the umbrella of SOP set by CCM, relevant regulatory guidelines, international forensic guidelines and world best practices to save the business from any risk and exposure to losses specified against fraud committed through digital channels.
Ensure in-depth forensic investigations in forensically sound manners on the fraud cases highlighted and referred from fraud investigation in which element of technology involved.
Identification of lapses/ breaches, which led to the occurrence of fraud incidences from digital channels of the bank and recommend mitigation control to reoccurrence of the incidents in future.
