- Management of Internal & External Contracts (EPC, O&M, Consultants) (NEPRA, CPPAG, NTDC, NPCC, PPIB, CMEC, CHDOC, SECMC, RWE)
- Management of Special contracts / one off requirements
- Formalization of commercial model for Long-term O&M strategy of the plant.
- Management of Claims related to internal & external stakeholders (EESL, CHDOC, CMEC, SECMC) Coordination of technical matters in coordination with plant team related to NEPRA, CPPA, NTDC, NPCC & GoS.
- Steward techno commercial matters between EPTL plant & external stakeholders (NEPRA, CPPA, GoS)
- Steward and maintain compliance tracker (for regulatory as well as contractual compliance) and dashboard
- Ensure fixed cost and Capex discipline at site / O&M in line with approved CP
- Stewardship and compliance of CAD recommendations pertaining to Commercial.
- Development and Training of junior commercial resources to ensure availability of talent pipeline
