Job Description

To provide strategic lead to analyze products and services suite, and present the same to the senior management for product development to achieve mission, vision, values and strategic objectives of the department.
Ensure that all new products, new system changes, new relationships are properly implemented.
Identify new sources of revenue for the businesses.
The formulation of strategy, its implementation and finally its evaluation against stated goals.
To prepare, track and report financial goals in accordance to the targets assigned to the department.
Approve product customization and enhancement in existing products/ services based on market/ customer’s need/ requirements.
Planning and organizing for the team\'s overall performance and delivery.
Responsible for departmental reviews, audits and internal documents renewals.
As product owner, ensure updating and completion of all SOPs, product papers/programs and related documentation.
Liaison with cross functional departments and customers to ensure smooth and continued delivery of products/ services.
Any other task assigned by Head of Transaction Banking

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors or equivalent from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of February 21, 2024.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of banking experience with 03 years in similar function. Must have Relevant SBP policies & procedures experience.
