Job Description

We are hiring for Customer Support Specialists with excellent communication skills.

It's an onsite job with Flexible timings ( Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening , and Night )

Responsibilities

  • Managing international customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

  • The candidate must be intermediate / Fresh with up to 6 Months of experience.
  • The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in international customer support/Call Centre is a plus

Education :

Intermediate or above
