Job Description

Ensure that assigned deposit targets are met on a monthly basis
Identify new clients for the mobilization of deposits
Develop & maintain long-term relationships with deposits clients
Focus on the generation of low-cost deposits (CASA Deposits)
Monitor the performance of other deposit staff of the Branch
Maintain a healthy mix of deposits (Current, Savings & TDRs)
Hire and retain deposit mobilization staff of the Branch and ensure that they achieve their targets.
Obtain feedback from the market and brief your line managers on what other competitor banks are offering.
Perform any other task assigned by the Management
