- Ensure injury free operation with zero TRIR & FAFR.
- Execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings.
- Organize and store the chemicals, strains, and laboratory ware according to safety protocols.
- Assist with microbial biology workflow including microbial/bacterial isolation, identification and strain detection.
- Receiving, labeling, and assistance in analyzing samples with the line manager.
- Record all data, results in specified forms (paper and electronic), and store the post analysis samples with responsibility.
- To keep the lab in hygiene condition and upkeep at the best levels.
- Ensure the data entry accurately in the module (soft/hard) as instructed by supervisor and improve his analytical skills through e-learning programs/ courses.
- Assurance of safe work practices and general laboratory maintenance.
