We are hiring Assistant HR Manager (Female) for our UK-based Software House in the UK time zone (10:00 AM- 07:00 PM) preferably working experiance in software houses
1. Work on workforce management which includes manpower planning by higher management, organograms, workforce structure, and talent pool for critical positions.
2. Manage technical recruitment & selection process completely from talent hunt to onboarding and constantly look for improvements according to best market practices.
3. Prepare rigorous recruitment & selection SOPs.
4. Help administer the background check process, and employee referral program.
5. Suggesting OD Interventions for Strategy, Structure, System & people change
6. Develop Departmental Structures & Job Descriptions, KPIs aligned to Corporate and business Strategy.
7. Assist in the overall function of HR by departmental SOPs
8. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
9. Responsible for completing all the documents before joining an incumbent and managing the offer process, reference checks and salary recommendations.
Ensures selection process and documentation comply with legal requirements and professional standards.
10. Responsible for the job design and job changes for new and current employees.
11. Regularly meet with employees for progressive reviews and discuss grievances they may have.
