. Must assist manager with the daily operations and processes.
2. Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.
3. Processing payments, creating invoices, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, recording income and receipts, and entering data.
4. Financial statement preparation displaying business profits and expenses.
5. Prepare annual budgets for operations in coordination with the manager.
6. Manage and regularly monitor programme expenditure, with regular, budget versus actual analysis.
7. Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of banking and currency practises.
8. Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
9. Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
10. Working experience with the accounts software like SAP will be preferred.
