probing and collecting information from business stakeholders.

• Highlight areas of improvement based on good practice and on same area of expertise, reporting to business.

• Creating the Super Admin

• Defining the Corporate Data Model

• Defining the Country/Region-Specific Corporate Data Model

• Setting up MDF Foundation Objects

• Configuring the Succession Data Model

• Configuring the Country/Region-Specific Succession Data Models

• Importing the Picklist

• Creating Foundation Objects

• Optional – Configuring Position Management

• Configuring Business Rules

• Creating Event-Reason Derivation Rules

• Provide design and implementation guidance and tutoring as necessary to team members in best practices, tool use, and quality assurance.
