Job Description

Lead SAP PS module implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and

deployment.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS system configurations.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules (e.g., MM,

SD, FI/CO) and external systems.

Offer expertise in the use of SAP PS for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PS functionality and best practices.

Maintain SAP PS data integrity and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PS-related issues in a timely manner.

Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality, and perform application research.

Document SAP PS processes, configurations, and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience in SAP PS module implementation and support.

Experience with SAP EPPM will be considered a strong plus.

Detailed understanding of project management principles and practices.

Strong business acumen, coupled with excellent technical knowledge of SAP solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions.

SAP Certification in Project Systems is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in project portfolio management and resource planning.

Knowledge of integrating SAP PS with other ERP modules and third-party tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SAP PS report generation and monitoring tools.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
