Job Description

Are you passionate about aligning technology with business needs? Do you have a knack for understanding complex business processes and translating them into SAP solutions? If so, Hilal invites you to join our team as an SAP Functional Analyst – SD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our business processes and ensuring the efficient operation of our SAP SD modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business team members to assess business needs, define requirements, and establish process flows.

• Identify, interpret, validate, and fulfill user requirements in line with industry best practices.

• Take ownership of complete master data management for relevant modules and perform monthly checks to ensure master data completeness in SD.

• Identify gaps and issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions while configuring the system accordingly.

• Manage customization and configuration of SD modules transports, ensuring seamless deployment on the QAS server.

• Prepare technical specification documents for customization, providing clear user requirements to technical consultants as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the IT Department.
