Job Description

Fully coordinate and follow up of all HR tasks and activities.
Preparation of employee data regarding employee cards, visiting cards etc.
Preparation and maintenance of employee personal files.
Maintain records of all HR files.
Preparation and processing of monthly demands. Entitlements/Benefits.
Audit and process of all visiting Faculty bills and other HR-related bills.
Responsible for managing files, HRIS data entry and record keeping. Stationary, mobiles, SIMS, Laptops, desktops, employee cards, visiting cards etc.
To assist in all training activities, Arrangements/provision of materials/ attendance sheet/training feedback & trainer evaluation forms/ refreshments and other tasks as & when required.
Preparation of certificates for trainees.
Process payroll internal and central HR.
Assist and arrange selection board for hiring potential candidates.
Bio matric Registration, Maintain and update leave and attendance record.
Process monthly payroll, Induction, Discontinuation, Leave without pay to central HR and Finance departments.
Preparation of all required data for reports, analysis, HEC, council visits, NOCs applications etc
