Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Hybris candidtate to join our dynamic team on permanent basis. We are looking for a dynamic, action-oriented & results-driven individual who has experience in supporting B2B portals and knowledge in salesforce to work closely with business stakeholders and technology team.

Skills:

Have functional experience of B2B

SAP Order to cash and master data experience

SAP Hybris knowledge

Sales order automation experience

Strong SAP order to cash process experience

OCR knowledge / experience

SAP EDI knowledge

CRM knowledge preferably Salesforce

Maser and transactional data integration between SAP and Salesforce or vice versa

Experience in sales process – (lead to opportunity & Commercial projects)

Experience in complaints / inquiry processes within CRM world

Responsibilities

Work closely with business and digital teams to drive successful adoption of B2B solution with customers and internal users.

Assist customers and sales teams to successfully onboard customers and assist them using the B2B portal – SAP Hybris.

Be main point of contact for customers and sales team to assist with any system issues.

Working with technology team to fix issues and regression testing, communicate back to customers and sales team on solution fixes.

Communicate changes to system design, processes, and update progress rollout with related reporting.

Ensure data integrity of master and transaction data in SAP and B2B systems including migration to SAP S/4.

Actively participate in deployment of sales order automation solution through OCR technology with our external partners.

Work closely with business stakeholders to document existing and to-be processes in sales order entry to define business requirements for sales order automation.

Be the conduit between business users and technology team to develop the solution and lead the efforts to test and fix design issues.

Support the solution deployment and be the first point of contact for post go-live issues for customer service team.

Work together with customer service team to onboard new customers to order automation.

Be the point of contact for FI salesforce solution and its integration with SAP system.

Ensure data integrity of customers and contacts data in salesforce and carry out regular system testing to ensure integration with SAP is working as designed.

Participate in integration of Salesforce with SAP S/4 Hana in coming months.

Involved later in implementation of Salesforce sales and project pipeline solution.

Actively participate in documenting processes in Salesforce, testing the solution and training end users.
