Location: Lahore, Pakistan 

The position is responsible to lead the Digital Banking Group and develop/ improve digital strategy of the Bank in line with business needs and latest market trends by mapping out major priorities for digital transformation. The position will also be responsible to execute digital initiatives that will monetize data, drive digital revenue, improve customer experience & employee engagement, business development, optimize operations and create new business avenues. Broad areas of responsibilities are;  

  • Lead the development of the digital capabilities necessary for digital transformation in the establishment of a technology-driven ecosystem within and outside the Bank.
  • Transform the Bank into a progressive digital space Bank of the new world, break down data silos, promote digital culture, and build a digital business technology platform. 
  • Act as a thought leader who articulates the digital future of the Bank / digital-enabled business models. 
  • Develop and Implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to transition from traditional to digital processes.
  • Identify new tools (AI, digital, CRM) that can support and enhance our solutions
  • Break down data silos, promote digital culture, envision, develop, launch and commercialize digital solutions for conventional business with complete P&L Ownership. These include internet Banking, Mobile/ Tablet Banking, Chat Banking, SMS Banking etc.
  • Envision, develop, launch and commercialize stand-alone challenger Bank/ Banking Solutions with Complete P&L Ownership.
  • Develop and, launching and managing self and/ or assisted digital sales & client onboarding system in the bank. 
  • Digitalization of all Government initiatives across the Bank with Channel P&L responsibility.  
  • Responsible for Voice Strategy including Call Centre Inbound & Out-Bound. Sales, Service, and P&L responsibility. 
  • Develop and provide digital and Medium Enterprise solutions for all verticals across the Bank.
  • Develop fact-based metrics to determine the ROI of digital efforts. 
  • Uncover new digital business opportunities and develop revenue streams.
  • Lead business development through building partnerships both Internally and externally.
  • Develop Innovative ways to increase market share and financially Include the unbanked segment/areas.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Preferably MBA/Masters in Computer Science) from an HEC recognized/Foreign University.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant Banking| Telecommunication| Fintech experience including at least 5 years of experience in similar function at a leadership role in a large local | Multi-national or Global organization.

Age Limit: Up to 55 Years as of October 15, 2023.
